This restaurant was opened in 2001 and in 2009 was bestowed a Michelin star. The restaurant is not big, may be rather small even, just as the chef – Bernd Knöller prefers. He likes cooking dishes, just according to his clients’ individual wishes.

Recently, he has received the 2011 Restaurant Prize, which has converted this restaurant just into a tourist attraction, which cannot be helped visiting. The restaurant is famous for its’ Mediterranean, European and Spanish cuisine, that is why one may taste their seafood dishes, cooked of fish, shellfish, mollusks, cephalopods, algae, and marine plants with lots of vegetables.
